Operations to submit, in order: v2 WriteOperations (a revise may be a KeepShapesRevise), or an OperationBuilder (from client.ops()).

Aggregate commit.apply checks an array or builder as a whole, and resolves every keepShapes revise, before its first append; iterable input is checked and resolved one chunk at a time. The full-duplex commit.applyStreaming path checks every source incrementally, including arrays, because committed response groups may arrive while later input is still being produced.
