OldName(reason: Literal['old_name'], current_name: str, extra: JsonMapping = _empty(), raw: JsonMapping = _empty())A Thing read named an old Shape/name spelling (#12575).
current_name is the name the Thing answers to now; read it under that
name. Sent only to a caller who can read that Thing, and only on a
request-level NOT_FOUND, never in a commit diagnostic.
